Brolin Corporation and Portal Prodigy, Inc. Announce Enhancements to Product Catalog Feature

Irvine, CA – Jant 25, 2009 — PortalProdigy customers can now offer more Product Catalog options on their websites.

The enhancements include:

  • Enhanced Product Search - makes it easier for customers to find products.  The new feature provides the ability to customize the search options offered on your PortalProdigy website. 
  • Product Catalog Filters - filters help customers find the products they are looking for.  The new feature makes it easy to customize filters and add them to your Product Catalog pages.   
  • Kits - provide the ability to define a product as an assembly of other products (sub-items).  The benefit is that the sub-items can be inventoried and sold separately.  The system relieves inventory of the sub-items when the kit item is sold.
  • Product Download Improvements - the product download process has been improved to provide immediate download following the shopping checkout process.  The download process also supports downloading of kit sub-items.
