Major public utility in Southern California goes live with Real Estate Project Planning and Management system developed by Brolin in conjunction with Relign.  Brolin is a software development company located in Irvine, California.  Relign is a corporate real estate services company located in Chicago, Illinois. 

Brolin previouslly worked with the principles of Relign, developing corporate real estate applications for Jones Lang La Salle (JLL) that were implemented at Sun Microsystems, Bank of America, and Platinum Software.
